For us, system integration means: To utilize the performance of each individual component to its best advantage in the completed system. Most of the production processes and testing procedures involved were designed by ourselves to ensure the necessary precision. You can benefit from this with our production facilities in Germany and world-wide.

CNC machines grind the frames to tolerances in the µm range. For centering lenses, the optical adjusting mechanism ensures that the center point error remains well under 5 µm and, if required, even under 2 µm. We orient ourselves totally to your specifications - from structural components through eyepieces and condensers to high-quality apochromatic lenses.

With numerical apertures up to 0.95 resp. 1.4 and Strehl ratios exceeding 95 % our systems achieve resolutions better than 0.5 µm using visible light. Even higher resolutions for microstructures can be achieved with the use of our expanding line of UV optics.
