Optical components unleash their full power only with performance-enhancing coatings.

Therefore, in our own development and production department, we offer customized coating design.

Examples include

• antireflection coatings for wavelengths from 193 nm to 10 µm
• mirror coatings for color-neutral front and rear surface mirrors
• edge and bandpass filter coatings with steep slopes
• high transmission and good blocking efficiency
• coatings for cemented and non-cemented beam splitters configured as color-neutral or polarization splitters, or with various phase shifts

Our modern high-vacuum systems involve the use of ions in coating components with up to 50 layers per surface area, extremely homogenous with thicknesses ranging from a few nanometers to several micrometers at a tolerance of only a few nm.
