From glass to optical component

We have more than 200 types of glass in store waiting to become high-quality components, from optical flats to various types of filters, and the most varied selections of lens geometries, including very high-quality spherical lenses. Only with the best material and the most precise processing can front lenses for high-resolution, quality optical systems achieve the ultimate imaging performance to make even the smallest structures visible.

In customized production, we produce micro-lenses with diameters down to 1.5 mm, with curvature radii starting from 40 µm, centering accuracy to the nearest µm and surface accuracy down to Lambda/20. We apply the same standards of precision to all other components. For prisms, mirrors and other flat parts, the angles are accurate to 1 arcsec. The residual deflection is reduced to under 10 arcsec in our polarization and other filters. And, of course, we match the transmission and blocking characteristics of our spectral filters precisely to your requirements.
